Installation Notes for engines with shaft longer than 85.5mm or 3.37" Length

Spacers/washers maybe required to eliminate gaps between the pump legs and the engine. 

Please check for gaps prior to tightening the bolts. Tighten the bolts evenly to avoid tilting of the pump onto the shaft.

Avoid using power tools. Hand tighten first and check, then use wrench or socket
